Corrugated steel sheet is widely used as a popular building material, which is composed of sheets of hot-dip galvanized mild steel or Zincalum steel, cold-rolled to produce a linear corrugated pattern in them.
The corrugations increase the bending strength of the sheet in the direction perpendicular to the corrugations, but not parallel to them. Normally each sheet is manufactured longer in its strong direction. It is widely used especially in rural and military buildings such as sheds and water tanks.
There are three types of roofing sheet, hot dipped galvanized, aluzinc and color coated, roofing sheet is light weight and easily transported.
